A good pair of sunglasses with UV filter and nose and said protection

2 Pairs of rainproof gloves for shelter (mitten type)

A synthetic or duvet sleeping bag for -20°C
Sleeping mattress for high mountain
Personal crockery (bowl, cap, fork and spoon)
2 Two liter water bottle or camelback
A stainless steel thermo of one litter or half a litter
Front lamp with extra batteries
6 pairs of hand warmers

Sunscreen (never less than factor 35)

1 Pair of boots for high mountain (suitable for 7.000m and -40°C temperature)
