Aconcagua

OUR GUIDES IN ACTION
OUR GUIDES IN ACTION

Javier Beiza with clients on the summit of Mt. Aconcagua

Our guides are carefully selected and trained to ensure they deliver the quality standards you deserve.

All of them guaranty their working knowledge within groups, through their experience as climbers, with a 2 and a half year career at the EPGAMT (School of High Mountain and Trekking Guides) and AAGM (Argentinean Association of Mountain Guides).

Aymará provides each expedition with a High Mountain Guide during the whole expedition and a Trekking Guide for every 3 or 4 clients, who works as an assistant. This ensures that the group is assisted at every moment and place. If one of the members of the group needs to return or if he/she is slower than the rest, he/she will be always accompanied by our guides.

The following pictures speak more than words:

At this moment, Mariano Vazquez, Andrés Girotti and Gabriel Rocamora are climbing in Yosemite Valley, in California. Coming soon…their pictures and a report of their experience.

In March, 2005 Silvio Gurrieri, kayak and rafting guide descends the Tunuyán River for the second time. He was the first who descended this river (In 2004). Undoubtedly, this expedition to the Tunuyán River requires all the attributes of a great exploration.

Congratulations!!!

A stop in a very large river.

Let’s fly…

Congratulations and keep your spirit alive.

Our Guides certify the title Wilderness First Responser

This year whilst working towards a constant training standard for our guides, we finished the Wilderness First Responder course, delivered by the Fundación Ecomed (Ecomed Foundation)

This way, we are one step closer in achieving the quality protocol standards that we want our expeditions have.
